All sessions for the AMSPDC meeting will be held in the main building of the Hilton New Orleans Riverside hotel, 3rd Floor.

Housing reservations are now closed (deadline to reserve was February 6, 2024); please contact the hotel directly.

The hotel is 25 minutes from the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport.

Pre-Registration is now closed. Please visit the registration desk onsite to register for the meeting. 

Onsite registration opens on Wednesday, February 28th at 3pm Central. The registration desk is located at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside, Main Building, 3rd Floor Meeting Rooms, “The District”

Cancellation Policy:
To cancel your registration and receive a refund, a written request must be received to the AMSPDC National office by February 23, 2024. Cancellation requests received by this date will receive a refund less a $50.00 processing fee. Requests will be processed after the meeting. All requests received after February 23, 2024 will forfeit 100% of monies paid.

Important! All attendees must download and login to the AMSPDC Mobile App.

The mobile app is how you will access all program agenda’s, sessions, handouts, and speaker information.

There will not be any printed materials onsite.

After you download the app, login using the same login you used to register for the event.

Once you login to the app, AMSPDC will be able to provide you with access to handouts that are available based on your registration selections.

We will discuss Sally Helgesen and Marshall Goldsmith’s book entitled “How Women Rise.”  Reading the book prior to the luncheon is not necessary!
