Cancellation Policy: To cancel your registration and receive a refund, a written request must be received by the AMSPDC National office (info@amspdc.org) by February 13, 2027. Cancellation requests received by this date will receive a refund less a $50.00 processing fee.

Photography Policy: Please be aware that photos may be taken during the upcoming AMSPDC meeting. These photos may be used for AMSPDC’s promotional materials, including social media, newsletters, and website content. By attending the meeting, you consent to being photographed and to the use of these images for promotional purpose.
