AMSPDC Annual Meeting: Pediatrics Workforce Initiative Update
During the AMSPDC Annual Meeting, PWI leaders shared a comprehensive update across all four pillars, highlighting the infrastructure, partnerships, and practical tools being developed to strengthen and sustain the pediatric workforce. As workgroups increasingly produce deliverables, the initiative is turning its attention to broad dissemination, peer learning, measurable impact, and defining its next strategic phase.

AMSPDC Pediatrics Workforce Initiative Virtual Summit
More than 150 participants joined the summit for updates across all four pillars, a preview of the Public Awareness Campaign, and presentations from the American Board of Pediatrics and Intealth. Highlights included new PSDP funders, growth in PSLRP awardees, eConsult insights, and a new pre-clerkship roadmap.
