- Developing model Vice Chair, Associate Chair, or Director roles
- Creating structured learning and peer exchange among advocacy leaders
- Strengthening engagement with institutional Government Relations teams
- Facilitating collaboration with state Medicaid offices and policymakers
- Supporting departments in building and joining coalitions to advance child health payment
