Medical Student Mentoring
The Medical Student Mentorship Workgroup – a collaboration of COMSEP, NextGenPeds, and FuturePedsRes – developed these complementary resources to support allopathic and osteopathic medical students as they explore careers in pediatrics throughout medical school. Together, they also provide practical guidance for advisors, clerkship directors, and faculty mentors who support students along their career journey.
